A BILL to amend article nine, chapter sixty-four of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new
section, designated section twenty, relating to
authorizing the development office to promulgate a
legislative rule relating to the West Virginia
office of coalfield community development.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article nine, chapter sixty-four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section,
designated section twenty, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND
BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-20. Development office.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on
the eighteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-nine, under the authority of section twelve,
article two-a, chapter five-b, of this code, relating to
the development office (West Virginia office of coalfield
community development, 145 CSR 8), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Development Office to promulgate a legislative rule
relating to the West Virginia Office Of Coalfield
Community Development.
